Baton is building software to automate the $800B+ freight industry. We’re a small, fast-moving team inside Ryder (Fortune 500 logistics company), rethinking how freight moves with real-time visibility, automation, and AI.
We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to work across our Python/FastAPI + React/TypeScript stack. This is a hybrid role (Tues–Thurs in our Hayes Valley SF office). You'll own major projects across the stack, collaborate cross-functionally, and shape tools used at national scale.
